Airfryer Chicken Tostadas

Need a family friendly quick lunch or dinner? Bring dinner to the table in less than 20 minutes!
What will you need?
1lb of chicken cutlets
refried beans (optional)
1 small onion
1 bell pepper (red, orange or yellow)
3 tablespoon of southwestern seasoning (or 1 tablespoon of each: paprika, cumin and garlic powder)
2 tablespoons of Oil
Preheat Airfryer to 390 for 3 minutes.
*(I love the ninja airfryer, this is my try and trued. This is an affiliate link and I may earn a commission.)
Dice up pepper, onion, and chicken and put in a bowl, then add all seasonings and oil. Mix well.
Open a can of refried beans and heat for 45 seconds (optional, my picky 4-year-old asks me to skip this step! My husband loves this addition, customize as you want :) )
Cook in an airfryer for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Once fully cooked, remove the contents of the airfryer to the plate.
Layout the tostada, put a scoop of refried beans first (if you are making for a picky 4-year-old, spread salsa on the bottom) spread evenly.
Now add a large spoonful of the chicken pepper mixture. Add salsa on top, then top with cheese.
Place the loaded tostada in Airfryer on the Roast option at 350 for 2.5 minutes. Every airfryer is different but it should be pretty quick for the cheese to melt.
