Honey Roasted Brussel Sprouts


Need the perfect side dish? That is easy and perfect for company?


Every time I make this dish I always get compliments, and there is never any left overs.

What do you need?

2lbs of Brussel Sprouts

Honey Salt + Pepper

Avocado Oil


Trim Brussel sprouts and cut in half.


Preheat oven to 400.


Toss with Avocado oil, Salt and Pepper. (About 1 tablespoon of each)


Spread brussel sprouts out on a sheet pan. (do not crowd)

Roast for 20 minutes until they start to brown. Flip, and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes.

You know they are done, when you try them and they are soft in the middle. Once they are soft in the middle, add honey (I add about a 1/4 cup of honey, but you could add more or less) Stir to coat.


Place back in the oven. (When it is off) Just using the heat to melt the honey.


After a few minutes, serve and devour!
